Most of the work with a nervous dog happens on ordinary days, not in the session. The app is where those days get written down, so that when we next speak I already know what happened.
You do not need to write much. A few lines about the walk, what your dog did when the doorbell went, whether they ate. When something is worth showing me, a photo or a short video says more than a paragraph ever could.
I read what you send between sessions and reply where a reply is needed. Sometimes that is a suggestion to try before we next meet. Sometimes it is just “that was a good day — notice it.”
It is not a training app, and it will not tell you what to do with your dog. There are no lessons, no programmes and no adverts. It is a private notebook shared between the two of us, and it only makes sense if we are working together.
Access comes with Core and Extended support. If you are not yet a client and want to talk about your dog, the place to start is the free discovery call.
Once you are a client I will send you an invitation. Install the app, follow the link in the invitation, and you are in. If you would rather use a computer, the same diary is at app.flo4paws.co.uk.
Already a client? Sign in to the app.
No. Some clients prefer to email or talk on the phone, and that is fine. The app makes the between-session work easier to keep track of, for both of us, and most people find a few lines a day easier than remembering everything at the next visit.
No. It is included with Core and Extended support. The app itself is free to download from both stores.
You and me. Your entries, photos and video are not shared with anyone else unless you ask me to, for example when we are liaising with your vet. The privacy policy sets out how the data is looked after.
Yes. The app and app.flo4paws.co.uk are the same thing; sign in with the same details on either.
Each dog has their own diary under the one account, so entries for one do not get mixed up with the other.
