Flo4Paws - Specialist Dog Behaviourist for Nervous and Sensitive Dogs
I am a member of the National Institute of Canine Ethics (NICE), specialising in dog training and provide dog behaviourist support to help nervous, anxious or reactive dogs feel calmer and more confident. I am based in Bingham, Nottinghamshire and can support surrounding counties of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Rutland.

Have you had strangers approach your dog without asking and then be told, “you shouldn’t bring your dog here if they can’t behave”. Do you feel like your world has shrunk? Are you weary of inviting family or friends to your home?
My name is Flo and my dog is Gatsby and together we are Flo4Paws, as he has taken me on the journey to understand how best to support him as a sensitive dog and nervous dog and to help others. I understand the unique challenges of owning a dog who becomes scared or overwhelmed and who needs their own space.
I am a behaviourist at https://friendsindeeddogrescue.co.uk/ dog shelter which has enabled me to observe a variety of dogs with complex challenges, including street dogs when they are at their most vulnerable requiring a sensitive approach.
I also have a background in Human Psychology, which allows me to provide a genuine and empathetic human touch to the dog human relationship as this is as much about you the owner. Together, we’ll strengthen the bond between you and your dog, making every pawprint count. Both you and your dog should feel listened to, safe and secure and never judged.
