Tug-e-nuff

In a crazy world what can we do as dog parents? We can play, research suggests that play decreases stress in our dogs and given a choice they would rather play tug with their owner than other dogs. I've used tug-e-nuff with my own dog Gatsby for several years and we both love this game. Seeing my dog happy brings me so much joy.
