1. About these terms

These terms of service govern your use of the Flo4Paws platform, operated by AnimoIT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10219788), 143 Tamworth Road, Long Eaton, Nottingham, NG10 1BY.

By creating an account or using Flo4Paws, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Flo4Paws is

Flo4Paws is a practice management platform for professional dog behaviourists and their clients. It provides tools for behavioural diary tracking, health forms, posture assessments, messaging, and consultation management.

Flo4Paws is a software tool only. It does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, or behavioural advice. All professional guidance comes from your behaviourist, not from this platform.

3. Your account

Your account is created by your behaviourist's practice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with anyone else.

You must provide accurate information when asked, and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Flo4Paws, including diary entries, photos, and videos. By uploading content, you grant AnimoIT Ltd a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform to you and your behaviourist.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Flo4Paws for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
Upload malicious files or code
Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access
Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform without our written permission

6. Availability

We aim to keep Flo4Paws available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes at any time. We will endeavour to minimise disruption where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimoIT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Flo4Paws, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you in connection with Flo4Paws shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Flo4Paws at any time if you breach these terms, or if the practice that manages your account ceases to use the platform.

On termination, your data will be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
